Abstract

Yearly mean of bottom sea temperature for Mediterranean coastal areas (down to 200m depth) for the time range 2000-2010 obtained from monthly data. Data from 2000 to 2020 were obtained from CMEMS Mediterranean Sea Physics Reanalysis.

Supplemental Information

Bottom values were extracted by selecting the last non-NA values for each cell. Coastal areas are identified in this dataset as cells with maximum depth <200m. The mask used to select them was created from the bathymetry used in the model runs.
