- Abstract
Maxent habitat suibatility model of Mytilus galloprovincialis based on sampling data from the MSFD national monitoring program ( 2017) and environmental data covering the main factors guiding the distribution of black mussels in the area.
These include:- Kinetic energy at the seabed due to waves – Black Sea 2016-2018, Emodnet Seabed Habitats(EMODnet Seabed Habitats / PH_BS_000l_Ke90_blc)
- Kinetic energy at the seabed due to currents - Black Sea 2016-2018, Emodnet Seabed Habitats (EMODnet Seabed Habitats / PH_BS_000l_Ke90_blc)
- Sea-bottom salinity – Black Sea 2017, Emodnet Seabed Habitats
- Sea-bottom temperature – Black Sea 2017, Emodnet Seabed Habitats
- Bathymetry Black Sea -2016, Emodnet Bathymetry
- Black Sea Seabed substrates – 2019 – Emodnet Seabed habitats
