- Floating regasifier terminal FSRU "TOSCANA" - It is positioned at 43°38.67'N -009°59.33'E, about 14.5 M from the port of Livorno, by means of an anchoring system that allows itsfree rotation at 360°, it is connected to the coast by an underwater pipeline; it is signalled by 4lanterns.

- Purpose
- In order to guarantee the safety of navigation, three circular areas have been planned withcentre of the terminal: (a) Area 1 (Total Prohibition Zone) with a radius of 2 M; In this area, navigation, stopping, anchoring, fishing as well as any other activity is prohibitedsurface or underwater.Entry to this area is only permitted to: LNG carriers bound for the terminal (authorised by the Livorno Port Authority); Vessels necessary for mooring/unmooring operations of LNG carriers; Vessels operating on the terminal for the transport of personnel/merchandise and related activities; Guard ship; Police vehicles (they will have to inform the terminal in the vicinity of the area of total prohibition); Nautical means expressly authorised from time to time by the Port Authority ofLivorno. b) Area 2 (Limitation Zone) with a radius of 4 M; In this area, any type of activity is prohibited except for transit at a speed not exceeding 10 knots. The routes of the transit units shall be straight and set in such a way as to exclude transit in the no-go zone (area 1). (c) Area 3 (Warning Zone) with a radius of 8 M;Stopping in this area is only allowed for proven necessities and/or emergencies by notifyingimmediately informing the Livorno Port Authority (operations room) of the reasons for such conduct.determined such conduct.
